Unofficial SAARC, SAARC of people

SAARC is a south Asian platform for the collaborative development of countries present in South Asia. These countries are Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka. Afghanistan. SAARC is an official platform form by these countries but some other platforms are working too which are called unofficial SAARC.
Unofficial SAARC has been working for the development of this region by increasing the regional cooperation between countries. It has been done by the people who are working as an NGOs or other patterns. Using their resources and working for the development of these countries. As the government body isn’t efficient enough to deal with the issues present in these developing countries thus all the segments of society have to be active to promote peace and development in South Asia.
It is quite interesting to see that unofficial SAARC is much working more efficiently then official SAARC. It has been working effectively between India and Pakistan whose conflict is a big hurdle in the regional cooperation. it is working in India whose fear of dominance is making SAARC week platform and then in other small countries too. india supported the terrorist organization in Sri Lanka so they have a bad feeling for India.
Both Pakistan and India is known as enemy countries after its partition. Many hard times and wars on the border have become a wall between the hearts of both the nations. In the same way, Pakistan and Afghanistan clash of relationship is also a big reason for the hurdles in the progress of this region. Unofficial SAARC is trying its best for the destruction of these walls. The educational cooperation between the countries is conducted by different institutes to enhance the understanding between people of different countries. Pakistani student goes to India and Indian come to Pakistan so they have a talk and understand each other. Different matches are conducted by sports boards of countries so that their relation increase and people the wall between their hearts decrease.

Amman ki Asha was a plate form made to put both the nations closer to each other. On this plate form, people talk to each other to tell that how much they are related to each other and how much they need the coordination for the development of their country. These efforts are quite awesome to reduce the hate between the people unofficially. It is a very difficult task to reduce the hate between the borders but it is affecting the hearts of people slowly. If the unofficial SAARC success in his aims, then official SAARC can do its job properly.
These type of NGOs made by local people of SAARC is affected by the conflicts between the governments of countries. as Amman ki Asha was destroyed by the cross-border attack between India and Pakistan.
NGOs which are not affected by these type of things are international NGOs which are working for the development of  South Asia like UNESCO etc.
If these platforms become efficient enough to decrease distances within neighbouring countries then we wish SAARC become efficient too making South Asia developed area.
