Popobawa, ghost of Zanzibar

Popobawa is a Swahili name which means Bat Wing but don’t make it a nail in your head. This creature is a shapeshifter. It can change its shape whenever it wants and whatever it wants to become. It can take shape of a human as well as animals. Its original shape is thought roughly like a human body with grey skin and gives off a sulfurous smell.

It is quihistory of 50 to 60 years and got famous in 1972 when the number of rape cases became headache for the authorities.
