In Japanese mythology, it is ghost of a woman 'Kuchisake-onna' who has a mask on her face. She looks that much beautiful that every male find her attractive but don’t trust her beauty. One finds her beautiful until she is wearing a mask. When she removes her mask there is a mouth which has been cut till her ear.
It is famous that she was a very beautiful married woman. She betrayed his husband and started having an extramarital affair. She was having the beauties of her life until her husband found her secret. He caught him cheating, had a fight with her and mainly she was proud of her beauty.
Husband couldn’t control his anger and got a scissor in his hand, cut her mouth to her ear and asked her 'Who will think you are beautiful now'. Then he killed her and when the anger was gone, he got ashamed of his deed. he killed himself too. Now it is said that her ghost has come back to take her revenge on men.
Her ghost walks on the roads with a pair of scissors and whenever she finds her prey she goes to him and asks ’is she beautiful’, and then wait for his reply. When he tells him that she is beautiful then the fear began. She removes her mask and then asks ‘is she look beautiful now?’. Now it became difficult for person to answer because he have seen the cut on her face.
If the answer is yes then she cut his mouth to his ear and tell him he is beautiful. If he is honest and answer her a no, she would go away and he would be save. But this is only for a short time. She would follow you and when night come. She would enter your room and kill you brutally.
Now how can you be save after her question? Yes, there is a way to prevent yourself. Search ways to confuse her and when she got confused run away as fast as you can and she would be busy thinking.
